На основе данных социологического обследования на промышленных предприятиях крупных городов 13 регионов России характеризуются источники пополнения рабочей молодежи, образовательные каналы подготовки молодых рабочих, процесс накопления ими образовательных ресурсов, а также складывающиеся у разных групп образовательно-профессиональные траектории.
Abstract
Data from sociological surveys in industrial enterprises of major cities of 13 regions in Russia show the diverse ways in which young people prepare for the labor force, what kind of education they obtain, how they accumulate human capital and what kind of educational and professional trajectories different groups of young workers formed.
