Computer games industry affects the interests of many stakeholders. There are various factors that determine the need for introduction of state regulation of legislative measures in this area. The article compares the laws of Russia and America in the field of children computer games provided the protection and rights of children. The research showed the existence of common characters, tendencies and issues in this field, in spite of differences between two countries legislation.
